Terms and Conditions: Hayabusa Consumer Offer

We at SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED adopted following Philosophy and culture:

Offer Period:

This Consumer Offer is valid from 24th December 2025 to 31st January 2026.

1. Eligibility Criteria

The “To & Fro Air Ticket Voucher” offer is exclusively available to individuals who purchase a Suzuki Hayabusa within the offer period.

The purchaser must:

  • Be 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
  • Provide accurate personal details and furnish a valid government-issued ID.
  • Possess a valid passport.

Only the registered buyer, whose name matches the SMIPL DMS records, is eligible for one Air Ticket Voucher.

Employees of SMIPL, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are strictly ineligible.

Bookings made during the offer period but delivered after 31st January 2026 will not qualify for this offer.

Purchases made through cash or finance are eligible.

2. Consumer Offer Inclusions

SMIPL will provide one Japan Round Trip Air Ticket Voucher under this offer.

The voucher:

  • Is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. Under this Offer, a customer may choose either the Japan Round Trip Air Ticket Voucher or exchange benefit of ₹1,70,000/- on the 250 CC motorcycle. The selection of one option automatically excludes the other.
  • Is valid until 31st March 2026.

The offer does not include:

  • Accommodation, local travel in Japan, meals, or any other expenses.

All additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. General Terms & Conditions

All customer details must match SMIPL DMS invoice, RC, and insurance documents.

No TDS is applicable on this consumer offer. SMIPL will not deduct TDS on the Air Ticket Voucher or any related benefit. Any personal tax implications, if applicable under law, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The trip:

  • Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be deferred.
  • Travel dates will be determined solely at SMIPL’s discretion.

SMIPL will not bear any additional expenses incurred by the customer.

Customers must on his own:

  • Complete all visa formalities, health checks, and vaccinations as required.
  • Provide all necessary documents for visa and travel arrangements.

Failure to redeem the voucher within the validity period will result in forfeiture without compensation.

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Japan. SMIPL assumes no liability for violations.

SMIPL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the offer in case of:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
  • No refunds or alternate compensation will be provided under such circumstances.

Customers are responsible for obtaining travel insurance. SMIPL will not be liable for any accidents, incidents, or losses during the trip.

By availing this offer, the customer unconditionally agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
