Terms and Conditions for Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF, Gixxer 250 (Naked & SF) Assured Gift Scheme T&C’s

We at SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED adopted following Philosophy and culture:

1. Program: Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (“SMIPL”) introduces Assured Gift Scheme (“Scheme”) to enhance retail sales and customer conversion for the Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF & Gixxer 250 (Naked & SF) model. Under this Scheme, customers purchasing a new Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF & Gixxer 250 (Naked & SF) model from an authorized dealership during the offer period will receive an assured gift from selected brands. The Scheme is valid from 1st March, 2026 to 31st March, 2026, or until stock lasts, across all authorized SMIPL dealerships in India.

2. Enrolment: Participation in the Scheme is purely voluntary as decided by SMIPL from time to time, and subject to compliance with terms and conditions hereinafter contained. SMIPL may, at its sole discretion, reject the enrolment in the Scheme for reasons it deems appropriate without obligation to provide any justification.

3. Amendments: SMIPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Scheme and/or any part thereof including the other pertinent terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond its control and the same shall be binding on the customer.

4. Eligibility: All customers who successfully purchase the new Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF & Gixxer 250 (Naked & SF) model from an authorized dealership of SMIPL within the offer period will be eligible to participate in the Scheme. This Scheme is open to any individual who is an individual resident of India as defined under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and aged 18 years or above and has the capacity to enter into a contract can participate in Scheme.

5. How to Claim the gift: To claim the gift, customer must scan the QR Code and complete the redemption process on or before 31st May 2026, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. You will be required to enter your mobile number, name & Dealership details, followed by uploading copy of Invoice & Insurance Cover Letter. Once registered, Customer can choose only 1 gift from gift options available. The gift shall be dispatched post verification Customer Details from SMIPL. The dispatch will be done within 4-6 weeks. All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift item is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the eligible recipient will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.

6. Redemption Deadline: All voucher redemption requests must be submitted on or before 31st May 2026. Activation of the offer may take upto 24 hours.

7. Company Rights: Countrywide Network Private Limited (“Company”), the facilitator of this Scheme, reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Scheme or any part of it at its sole discretion without prior notice. SMIPL is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or delivery of offers provided by participating brands or Company.

8. Support & Assistance: For queries or concerns regarding voucher redemption, customers may contact the helpline at 80100-99999, Monday to Friday (excluding National/Bank Holidays), between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

9. General Conditions: The Scheme cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly permitted. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and carry no monetary value. Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein and on the redemption platform. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and requests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period.

10. Statutory Compliance: SMIPL may impose additional terms and conditions from time to time to ensure compliance with applicable law. Such terms shall be binding upon the customer.

11. Privacy: All information collected in the course of applying for and participating in the Scheme shall be in accordance with SMIPL’s privacy policy available at https://www.suzukimotorcycle.co.in/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the policy and acceptance of the latter shall be construed as explicit consent and acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

12. Electronic Record: The policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended / re-enacted) and rules thereunder and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics code) Rules, 2021. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

13. Indemnity: Customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified SMIPL and their officers, directors, employees, customers, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which SMIPL may incur, pay or become responsible as sponsor/organizer/facilitator as a result of (i) breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations by the customer under the T&C’s hereunder; (ii) any failure by the customer to comply with applicable law and (iii) any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party by the customer.

14. Force Majeure: SMIPL’s obligation under the Scheme is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, epidemic, lockdown, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, cyber-attack, change of laws or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SMIPL (“Force Majeure Event”). SMIPL shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to this Scheme as a result of a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, SMIPL shall not be responsible for any damage or loss which customer may suffer by reason of such a failure or delay of performance, and such failure or delay shall not be a breach on part of SMIPL.

15. Waiver and Assignment: Failure by SMIPL to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, SMIPL may assign any of its rights within the Scheme to any party without prior intimation to customer.

16. Marketing and Promotion: The customer grant to SMIPL a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to display, publish, announce or refer the details or name of the customer in any form, electronic or print manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as SMIPL and its licensees or assignees determine, without any further compensation, notification, or permission.

17. Disputes: (a) All disputes in connection with the Scheme (“Dispute”) within 15 (fifteen) days from the commencement of such Dispute shall be solved amicably. In case of such failure, the Dispute shall upon the expiry of the aforesaid period, be referred to e-arbitration to be conducted by a sole arbitrator, who shall be jointly appointed by SMIPL and customer involved in the Dispute from the panel of available e-arbitrators. All arbitration proceedings may be conducted through mode available on the internet or any other information and communication technology (including but not limited to video call system, telephone or mobile, fax, e-mail facilities) which can be beneficially used to solve Dispute. All Arbitration proceedings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties. The award may include costs, including reasonable advocates’ fees and disbursements. (b) Subject to the above clause, all Disputes in connection with the Scheme are subject to the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi.
