Lucky Draw Offer T&C Sep 25 to Oct 25

We at SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED adopted following Philosophy and culture:

All customers who make a purchase during the period 1st September 2025 to   31st October 2025 and further exclusively register themselves for the contest will be eligible for the lucky draw.

  1. Customers can access the form either through the link or by scanning the below QR Code- can connect with dealer for the same.
  2. In the Lucky Draw event, all participants associated with DMS retail (excluding individuals from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry who are customers) will be eligible only if they register for the contest through Registration form. The registration form will serve as the identification criteria for selecting the lucky winners.
  3. Registration should be done within 10 days of purchase or latest by 31st Oct’25, 11: 45pm whichever is earlier.
  4. Even if customers of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry purchase a vehicle from nearby State, based on Customer address of Tamil Nadu/Pondicherry, they shall not be eligible for participation in the Lucky Draw Contest.
  5. Customer must also register to be part of respective product community / FAN registration is mandatory.
  6. Customer must post picture with Suzuki 2-Wheeler using the #FestivalStartsWithSuzuki on his/her Instagram/Facebook profile. The profile should be kept public for contest duration for validation purpose.
  7. Customer must also share link/URL of the Instagram/Facebook post in the registration form.
  8. Winners will be randomly selected through a computerized draw to ensure fairness and transparency. The lucky draw winners will be announced in the month of November 2025/ or latest by first week of December 2025
  9. One customer will be entitled for one Gift only, even if he/she purchases more than 1 vehicle and register for contest more than 1 time.
  10. The contest is not valid for customers purchasing Suzuki Big Bike in the above-mentioned time duration (Hayabusa,GSX-8R, DL800, Katana)
  11. Customers are responsible for paying the TDS if the prize amount exceeds INR 10,000. TDS amount, as applicable needs to be submitted by customer to dealer before the gift is received/claimed as per Section 194B.
  12. Gift items are neither transferable nor exchangeable. Also, Gift items cannot be converted into equal amount of cash prize.
  13. The winner's PAN Number must be provided to SMIPL in digital format within 3 days from the date when the lucky draw winner reports their winning claim to the dealership.
  14. In case the PAN Card is not available with the customer, he/she may submit Form 60 to claim the prize. However, customer will not be eligible for claiming return on TDS paid towards gift item.
  15. In case of Mega Prize and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 – customer must have all documents required for registration beforehand once lucky draw is announced.
  16. Customer is not eligible for any GST input on Winning Gift Item.
  17. In case of any upgrade in Gift value from original gift manufacturer, then customer needs to pay the difference amount.
  18. The draw will take place at SMIPL Head Office or SMIPL Plant in Gurgaon using a random selection or computerized draw.
  19. The list of winners will be shared with each dealership upon the completion of the activity.
  20. The dealership will serve as a representative on behalf of SMIPL for the purchase of the mentioned items for distribution to customers.
