We at SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED adopted following Philosophy and culture:

This Consumer Offer (“Offer”) is a promotional offer administered and offered by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (“SMIPL”) on purchase of below mentioned vehicles by the customer (“You” or “Customer”). These terms govern the terms and conditions of availment of aforesaid Offer.

  1. Period
  •  The Offer shall commence on 22nd September 2025 and shall continue until 30th September 2025 (“Offer Period”).
  1. Offer
  • The Offers is valid on all selected motorcycles /scooters for Offer Period.
  • Images used are for illustrative purposes only.
  • All Offers are subject to availability and valid only while stocks last.
  • Offers are applicable only on select 2025 models and may vary by location.
  • SMIPL and its financing partners reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
  1. Finance Schemes
  • Finance schemes, including "No Hypothecation" and "Loan up to 100%", are offered through preferred financing partners and are subject to their sole discretion.
  • These two schemes are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined.
  • Loan approval, interest rates, and other terms are subject to the Customer's creditworthiness and lender’s policies.
  • The Customer shall bear all associated costs, including processing fees, insurance, and documentation charges.

  • Only one benefit (Exchange or Insurance Savings) can be availed per eligible vehicle.
  • The applicable benefit depends on the manufacturing year, and variant purchased.
  1. Extended Warranty
  • Extended Warranty up to ₹ 2,299 is available only on domestic motorcycles (excluding Big Bikes) and only when availing the Exchange Offer.
  • Extended Warranty is subject to company policy and eligibility criteria. Refer to the Owner’s Manual/Extended Warranty Manual for detailed terms.
  • Normal operating guidelines must be followed to maintain warranty validity.
  1. Scooter Finance Offers

Scooters are eligible for:

  • No Hypothecation
  • Loan up to 100% (subject to lender approval)
  1. Conditions Applicable to Select Motorcycle Models

      This clause pertains specifically to the following models:

  • V-STROM SX 250
  • GIXXER 150 Series (including SF and Naked variants)
  • GIXXER 250 Series (including SF and Naked variants)
  • Customers purchasing any of the above-mentioned models shall be eligible for only one promotional benefit, either an exchange bonus, or an insurance savings, as per the applicable scheme.
  • The monetary value of the benefit offered shall be determined based on the manufacturing year of the specific model purchased. The applicable benefit may vary across different production years and is subject to the discretion of SMIPL and dealerships.
  • The V-STROM SX 250 and GIXXER 250 Series are available exclusively through Suzuki Premium Authorized Dealerships. Customers are advised to verify the Dealership classification prior to purchase.
  • Customers availing any financing scheme shall bear full responsibility for all associated costs, including but not limited to loan processing fees, insurance premiums, documentation and registration charges or any other incidental expenses as determined by the financing institution.
  •  It is the responsibility of the customer to:
  • Carefully review all applicable terms and conditions prior to availing any offer;
  • Seek clarification from authorized Suzuki dealerships regarding eligibility, availability, and scheme details;
  • Ensure compliance with all conditions stipulated by SMIPL and financing partners.
  1. Other Terms and Conditions:
  • Vehicles offered under this Offer are subject to availability and accordingly SMIPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the vehicle.
  • SMIPL reserves the right to disqualify any transaction, or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, modify or change this Offer or any part thereof including terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Customer at all times.
  • The maximum liability of SMIPL is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
  • SMIPL shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Customer that is caused by:

i. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;

ii. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;

iii. any other events beyond SMIPL’s control that may cause the promotion.

  • SMIPL (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and emails service provider.
  • SMIPL does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness of the Offer and/or character of the benefit or of the products/services under the Offer.
  • Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation to this Offer is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
  • Customer agrees that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
